Prior to joining Jim Saulnier & Associates, Tom was an infantry officer in the US Army for eight years, serving in the 101st Airborne Division and as Military Advisor in eastern Europe. Tom was originally drawn to JS&A as a podcast listener, where he used the podcast as a tool to help study for the CFP® Exam while commuting, leading him to eventually contact Jim in late 2025 to thank both Jim and Chris. Outside of work, Tom is a graduate student at the University of Georgia where he is pursuing a Master’s in Financial Planning. In his free time, Tom enjoys woodworking, fly fishing, and outdoor adventures with his wife, Carolyn.
