Jacob started as an intern at Jim Saulnier & Associates in 2018, then became a Junior Planner in 2020 primarily assisting with investment management duties while also aiding Chris in putting together the retirement data gathering analysis. Eventually he moved solely to the investment management side, shadowing Jim closely before taking over as the Senior Financial Planner in 2024. Jacob graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning in 2020. In December of 2022, he completed the rigorous requirements set forth by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board) to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
In his free time Jacob enjoys playing tennis, reading, travel, and thrifting for vintage clothes.
