    Jim’s main office is located in Old Town Fort Collins, on the northeast corner of Mulberry and Whedbee in a beautifully remodeled, Victorian-era home. According to historic records, the original home was built in 1904 by one of Fort Collins’ earliest and most respected builders, W.T. Early. Mr. Early, who was described as a “well traveled Englishman,” built the home for himself and his family and many of the original features of the family’s home were retained during the remodel. The new office offers both a mix of old and new. The expansion area (approximately 2,000 square feet of new construction) was painstakingly designed by Jim’s builders (HighCraft Builders of Fort Collins) and features Victorian-like styling, including period designed fireplaces, solid hard wood cherry mantles, hardwood flooring and wainscoting. These, in combination with modern efficient insulation, lighting and wiring form the best of old and new!

    From North West of Fort Collins (Laporte)

    CO-14/US 287 south to Mulberry St in Fort Collins. Left on Mullberry St. 0.4miles to Whedbee. Left on Whedbee. 506 Mulberry St. is on the northeast corner of Mulberry St. and Whedbee. Parking is available in our driveway on Whedbee.

    From North of Fort Collins (Cheyenne, WY)

    I-25 south to Exit 269-B, westbound CO-14/Mulberry St. Continue on Mulberry St. 3.8 miles to Whedbee. Right on Whedbee. 506 Mulberry St. is on the northeast corner of Mulberry St. and Whedbee. Parking is available in our driveway on Whedbee.

    From South of Fort Collins (Denver)

    I-25 north to Exit 269-B, westbound CO-14/Mulberry St. Continue on Mulberry St. 3.8 miles to Whedbee. Right on Whedbee. 506 Mulberry St. is on the northeast corner of Mulberry St. and Whedbee. Parking is available in our driveway on Whedbee.

    From East of Fort Collins (Greeley)

    US-34 west to I-25. North on I-25 to Exit 269-B, westbound CO-14/Mulberry St. Continue on Mulberry St. 3.8 miles to Whedbee. Right on Whedbee. 506 Mulberry St. is on the northeast corner of Mulberry St. and Whedbee. Parking is available in our driveway on Whedbee.

    In order to provide a more convenient meeting location for his Loveland, Greeley and north Denver clients, Jim also has a satellite office at the Front Range Business Center in Loveland. The office is part of the Foxtrail Office Park, conveniently located directly off Highway 34 and I-25.

    I-25 south to Exit 257, westbound US-34 to Loveland. Continue on westbound US-34 0.1 miles to Rocky Mountain Ave. Turn right on Rocky Mountain Ave. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Foxtrail Dr. 1635 Foxtrail Dr. will be on your left.

    From South of Loveland
